This website presents two private holiday houses available for seasonal rental. Booking requests are made through the contact form; no payment is taken online.

Data controller: the owner (Vale do Sol), reservas@villas-portimao.pt.

Data we collect: only what you enter in the contact form — name, email, phone, requested dates, number of guests, preferred house and your message. If you reach us by phone or WhatsApp, the details you choose to share that way.

Purpose & legal basis: to answer your booking or information request. Legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request and our legitimate interest in replying to you (Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) GDPR) — not consent. We never sell or share your data for marketing.

Recipients: the owner only. Your request is forwarded privately (by email / messaging) to the owner; it is not published or passed to third parties for their own use.

Retention: kept only as long as needed to handle your request, then deleted within a reasonable period (up to 12 months after the last contact, unless a booking is confirmed).

Audience measurement: privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics — no advertising cookies and no storage of your personal IP address — which is why this site shows no cookie banner.

This website lets you send a booking request. It is not a confirmed reservation until the owner replies and confirms availability.

No online payment: settlement is arranged directly with the owner (on arrival / on site, as agreed). This protects both sides and keeps things simple.

Prices, availability and conditions (deposit, check-in / check-out, number of guests) are confirmed by the owner during your exchange.

Cancellation: as agreed directly with the owner.

The houses are private accommodation; guests agree to respect the house rules and the neighbourhood.
